  • 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak sales periods, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout:

  • Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

West Malaysia

  • Approximately 1–3 business days

East Malaysia

  • Approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and delivery location.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Courier service selected

  • Promotional shipping offers (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Courier Services

Orders are shipped using our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

The courier service may vary depending on your delivery location and operational availability.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (where applicable).


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation

  • Tracking number

  • Courier details

Customers may track their shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate recipient name

  • Correct phone number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Valid postcode

STORK will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.


8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

  • Natural disasters

  • Unexpected logistical disruptions

STORK is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

To support your claim, you must provide a complete unboxing video that:

  • Starts before opening the parcel

  • Clearly shows the unopened parcel and shipping label

  • Records the entire unboxing process continuously without edits or cuts

  • Clearly shows the condition and contents of the parcel

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

10. Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts,

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete,

  • The parcel was unclaimed,

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for redelivery.


11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered by the courier.
